Get started by opening the gtbank mobile app. I’m using the old gtbank app and not the gtworld app.

But I do believe this option will still be available in the gtworld app.

Once you opened the gtbank app on your phone, enter your login details and sign into your account.

Next is to tap on the hamburger menu option as shown below.

When you tap on the hamburger option menu, scroll down and you will see where it says Settings & Help as shown below.
